Delivery, Returns and Cancellation

Before payment

The website works by enquiry first. No payment is taken automatically. Simon confirms availability, delivery or collection, final total and payment details before an order is agreed.

Delivery and collection

Delivery costs and timings depend on the artwork format, size, destination and packaging needed. Local collection around Sutton and Carshalton, South London may be possible by arrangement. Unless a different timescale is agreed, orders are normally sent within 30 days after payment.

Cancelling standard distance orders

For standard online or distance purchases, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. Please email contact@simonrobinstephensart.com with your order details if you want to cancel.

After telling Simon you want to cancel, you should send the goods back within 14 days. Items should be returned safely packed and in their original condition where possible.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for return postage unless Simon has agreed otherwise. Please use suitable packaging and a tracked or insured service for originals or higher value items.

Commissioned, bespoke or personalised items

Cancellation rights may not apply in the same way to commissioned, bespoke or personalised artwork once it has been made to your specification. Simon will confirm commission-specific terms before payment.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact Simon as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the packaging and item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refund timing

Refunds are normally processed after the returned goods have been received and checked, or earlier where required by law.
