These terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries or order requests for artwork, prints, cards, commissions and related items from Simon Robin Stephens Art.
Enquiries and order requests
The website lets you send an order request or enquiry. No payment is taken automatically through the website. Items are not reserved until Simon confirms availability, delivery or collection, final total and payment details.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability are shown in good faith but may need to be confirmed before payment, especially for originals, limited stock, event sales, commissions and delivery costs.
Payment
If you decide to proceed, Simon may send a payment link or agree another payment method. Please check the order details before paying.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery, collection, returns and cancellation information is set out on the Delivery & Returns page.
Commissions and personalised work
Commissioned, bespoke or personalised artwork may have different cancellation rights once work has started or once the piece is made to your specification. Simon will confirm any commission-specific terms before payment.
Copyright and image use
Copyright in artwork and website images remains with Simon Robin Stephens unless agreed in writing. Buying an original, print, card or other item does not transfer reproduction rights. Please do not copy, reproduce, sell, license, publish or use artwork images commercially without written permission.
